The new season of "Devious Maids" is set to premiere early next month. One of the characters said to return for season 4 is Zoila Diaz (Judy Reyes).

In the cliffhanger climax of season 3, fans saw Genevieve Delatour having to decide between the lives of Zoila or her baby, as she was told by the doctor that only one of them is expected to survive. However, the season ended without any answer from Genevieve.

According to Crossmap, an Instagram update from actress Dania Ramirez may give a hint about what fans can expect, as it teases that Zoila is alive in season 4. In addition, the industry follower mentioned that season 4 will also see the return of Adrian Powell (Tom Irwin). In season 3, Adrian ran back to the burning mansion, and it was uncertain whether he got out before the big explosion took place. Although it is unconfirmed whether he will make a comeback, it is stated that Irwin maintains his main cast status in the series, and fans may expect Adrian Powell to return sometime in season 4.

While the entire season has been shortened to only 10 episodes, the showrunners will reportedly make up for it by giving the story a lot of intrigue, drama and surprise guest stars. It is unclear whether she will be appearing right in the season 4 premiere, "Once More Unto the Bleach," but it is confirmed that show producer Eva Longoria will grace the new season. According to the IBTimes, Longoria will appear as herself, with James Denton also appearing as movie studio executive Peter. It is said that Peter will be clearly attracted to one of the new season's stars, and the industry observer predicts it will be with Marisol (Ana Ortiz).

"Devious Maids" season 4 premieres on June 6 on Lifetime.
