After a lot of altercations, Bungie promised that there will be a big change and improvements coming to "Destiny 2" with the "Curse of Iris" expansion. The video game company recently dropped a new trailer and a blog to detail new weapons, armors, and other improvements to the game.

"This week at Bungie, we're looking forward to new reasons to play 'Destiny 2,'" the company said in its official blog. It continued to say that the upcoming update will be adding new content, changing the current systems, and addressing the bugs that caused a big trouble to its players.

In the 48-second teaser, it gives a glimpse to "Destiny 2's" gameplay. From here, a new weapon like the Veist-manufactured grenade launcher called The Colony is revealed.

This weapon fires purple robot grenades that can blow up the enemies in no time. "Destiny 2" also has a new emote called Mic Drop, which is described to be rare. When this weapon is revealed in "Curse of Osiris," the earlier remotes like Six Shooter and Salty are set to be eradicated.

At the 25-second mark, a new raid armor is reportedly seen. This weapon is described to be Hive-themed, thus there might be a Hive-themed raid in the upcoming update.

However, it looks like "Destiny 2" would never be out of controversies. A Twitter user named Daniel P revealed that a hand cannon seen in the image update's background image seems like the Red Death from the original game.

Meanwhile, Bungie has officially announced "Destiny 2" storage requirements for "Curse of Osiris." Players need to have a big room to download the update. It will consume 88 GB of space on PlayStation 4, 44 GB on Xbox One, and 68 GB on Windows PC.

It has been said that the room requirement on PS4 is much bigger than the others because of the way Sony handles the installation packages. "Destiny 2" update "Curse of Osiris" will be revealed on Tuesday, Dec. 5. Players who pre-ordered the downloadable content can start to download the expansion as early as 11 a.m. EST on the mentioned day of its release.
