'Death Trash' gameplay updates: Faction warfare and real-time combat RPG

"Death Trash" is a game that is anything but family-friendly. With a lot of puking and curse words set in a post-apocalyptic world, the game is best closely described as a cyberpunk role-playing game (RPG). While it is still in development, gamers can already see how the game is going to look like as gameplay videos have been released.

While almost every modern game has breathtaking visuals, "Death Trash" is breathtaking, but in its own unique way given that it is made with pixel art. Despite it being pixelated, the art is nevertheless quite gruesome. It has a particular emphasis on a lot of puking, monsters carrying severed heads, blood everywhere, and just anything that can make the players themselves puke if it actually happened in real life.

As of now, there are two aspects of the game, story and combat. Although both are available, only a few updates are given and even then. Its story, at least on how it is described, seems fitting for how the pixel art and how the game is made. According to the game's website, it set in a faraway planet.

"Generations after the Great Galactic War, civilization rises again on Tauris V and the age-old power struggle of factions about resources, influence and beliefs begins anew," reads an excerpt from the game's website. "But this time the Ancients are freed from their shackles and the Evergrowing Heart pounds for the Flesh Hive. You are the key to solving or escalating this conflict."

There is also a video that shows some combat mechanics as well. In the video, the player's character goes around shooting people with a shotgun. That sounds just about like any other shooter game. With "Death Trash," these enemies would be shouting curse words before the player kills them off.

"Death Trash" has actually been in development for a few years now. It aimed for a 2017 release date, but until now, there have been no updates on it.
