The Dallas Cowboys will be entering Week 9 of the NFL regular season hoping to bounce back from last week's loss with a win over the Minnesota Vikings.

The Vikings are a troubled team and are 1-6 after their opening seven games of the season to date. Even though the Cowboys have been a little inconsistent, they are 4-4 and have shown enough to suggest that they should be claiming a good win here today.

The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on the Fox network. Alternatively the game can be watched online – with a live stream free for Direct TV NFL Sunday Ticket subscribers – via the link provided below.

Tony Romo and the Cowboys offense will be looking at this game as one in which that should be able to let loose and pile on the points. The Vikings' defense until now has been hugely lackluster and they might struggle against the strong Cowboys' offense today.

In defense the Cowboys simply must stop Adrian Peterson – the pro bowl running back has been one of the only shining lights in the Vikings sad season so far, and Minnesota will be putting their hopes in Peterson being able to control the clock and keep Dez Bryant off the field. Dallas also has had a leaky defense this season, and the Vikings will be hoping to take advantage of that and dictate the pace of the game by getting Peterson running.

The game will start at 1 p.m. ET and can be watched online by clicking here.
