The Dallas Cowboys go on the road on Sunday in Week 8 to the Detroit Lions looking to continue their revival and gain a third straight win. They have had most of their success so far this season against their struggling divisional rivals in the NFC East, but they will need to relay that success to an outside team today if they are to continue their good progress made in recent weeks.

The Cowboys against the Lions will start at 1 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on the Fox network. The game will also be available online through live stream – free for Direct TV's NFL Sunday Ticket – via the link provided below.

If the Cowboys win today it will mark the first time they've managed to spin off three wins in a row since 2010.

To do so today they would do well to take the game to the Lions on the pass. If they can air it out today then they should be able to take advantage of Detroit's very stagnant secondary. Tony Romo will be a big player today, and he needs to utilize his talented group of receivers and hit the Lions where it hurts in the End Zone.

On defense the Cowboys must limit the effectiveness of Calvin Johnson. That's obvious when you're up against the Lions, but they should also not forget about Reggie Bush who has 229 yards from scrimmage over the past 2 weeks alone. If they can shut down these two then they will be half way there to winning this game.

The Cowboys against the Lions will start at 1 p.m. and can be watched by clicking here.
