Living a single life is not always easy, and single Christians often struggle with self-doubt, loneliness, and insecurity.

But Christian author Mandy Hale, who has just released her new book entitled "Beautiful Uncertainty: Singleness, Surrender and Stepping Out on Faith," says all the negativity can be turned away when one trusts God.

"When I was in prayer one day God was asking me: 'If it's only you and me one day, is that going to be enough?' I had to reach the point where I said, 'You know what God, it is going to be enough,'" she shared during an interview with The Christian Post.

In her book, Hale shares tips on how Christians can take chances while still single, find happiness during uncomfortable moments, and be bold and embrace one's dreams and faith.

But single men and women are not the only ones who can benefit from her book. The Tennessee native says even couples can learn important life lessons, find helpful prayers, and be inspired by the stories included in her book. Most importantly, they will learn the value of waiting and being patient.

"Of course if you're single you're waiting for love, a relationship, marriage, children, etc. If you're not single, we're always waiting for something whether it be a better job, a raise, diploma, answer, miracle or whatever it may be," she explains. "The thing that I learned over the process of living the events that inspired the book is waiting definitely serves a purpose, but at the same time you don't have to just sit around and wait. You can live and wait at the same time."

As determined as some people are to surrender their lives to God, Hale assures them that it's always the best way to go. "Even if you have to say it through tears, say it. Here's the big secret I've learned in 37 years—no matter what it looks like, His way is infinitely better than my way, your way or any other human being's way," she said.
