They were officially inducted during a ceremony at the Trinity Music City Auditorium in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

The evening was hosted by Jason Crabb and Jaci Velasquez. Michael W Smith, The Isaacs and Jamie Grace were among the artists who joined the ceremony to honour the inductees.

Jackie Patillo, Executive Director of the Gospel Music Association and President of the Gospel Music Foundation said: "It is great to see our Christian and gospel music communities come together to pay tribute to this year's GMA Gospel Music Hall of Fame inductees.

"It is an honour to recognise our trailblazers and remind the world of the people God has used to spread the gospel through music."

More than 150 artists have been inducted to the GMA Gospel Music Hall of Fame since its inception in 1971. They include Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Elvis Presley, Amy Grant, The Winans, Andrae Crouch and Sandi Patty.
