Microsoft has yet to reveal which titles will be included in the September 2015 roster of free games for Xbox Live with Gold subscribers. Since it is only the middle of August, it would be hard to predict the free games that will be featured next month. 

Currently, Microsoft is offering four exciting games for Xbox Live members for August 2015. The list includes the critically acclaimed "Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes" for Xbox One for the entire month, while the action-adventure zombie survival game "How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition" developed by Eko Software is slated for free release for Xbox One consoles starting Aug. 16 all the way to Sept. 15. 

On the other hand, the horror survival game "Metro 2033" can now be downloaded for Xbox 360 until Aug. 15, while "Metro: Last Light" can be downloaded for free from Aug. 16 to 31. 

Meanwhile, Product Reviews recently revealed that the next free games lineup for Xbox One in Xbox Live with Gold for September 2015 could include four titles instead of the usual two games. However, this privilege can only be enjoyed by those who were able to sign up for the Xbox Preview Program who are entitled to check out the backwards compatibility feature of the console. 

This report came after Microsoft revealed during the recently concluded Gamescom 2015 that all the next Xbox 360 games that can be downloaded for free through the Xbox Live with Gold program will soon be available for the Xbox One, made possible through its backwards compatibility feature. But at the moment, only the testers who are under the preview program can enjoy these features until backwards compatibility is officially released in November. 

Gamers can expect to learn the complete line-up of free games for Xbox Live with Gold subscribers for September 2015 by the end of the month.
