'White Collar' season 6 spoilers: Series to end with a cliff-hanger, has three episodes left

"White Collar" may be wrapping up soon but the hit USA Network television series does not plan to "tie anything up in a bow" as the finale episode of season 6 entitled "Au Revoir," which also happens to be the ending of the series, will leave a major cliffhanger "to let people's imaginations work a little bit."

This was what Matt Bomer, the lead actor playing the pin-up role of the intellectual and multifaceted swindler Neal Caffrey, teased during his interview with TV Guide recently.

"I think the writers were able to tap into a lot of the dynamics in [White Collar] that people have responded to over the years and try to give everybody a little taste of things they liked over the course of the series," the actor said.

As all the fans of the show may probably feel, Bomer feels the sting knowing he will no longer visit the set of the show that established his place in the industry.

"I'm going to miss it. I'm not going to lie," the actor said.

In turn, the 37-year-old star revealed how thankful he is to Jeff Eastin, the executive producer and creator of the police procedural drama. Neal Caffrey's adventures may end soon but Bomer recognizes how Eastin's series jumpstarted his career.

According to Enstarz, Bomer's character, along with FBI Agent Peter Burke, will continue to take on the Pink Panthers case, which will move to San Francisco in the Dec. 4 episode titled "All's Fair." In the same episode, IB Times revealed Mozzie (Willie Garson) will be the focus, as Caffrey and Burke find out about the accusation that involves Mozzie in a con.

And as far as the finale is concerned, Eastin assures that fans of the series will love how the series will end.

"I think it will create huge passion. I'm hoping people aren't ready to stone the building. I think it will be satisfying and people will ultimately enjoy it," Eastin told TV Guide.

Fans can look out for the penultimate episode titled "Whack a Mole," which will air on Dec. 11.  "White Collar" will then officially go on its curtain call on Dec. 18 with the episode "Au Revoir."
