'Under The Dome' season 3 spoilers: Resistance teams up with Aktaion in episode 10 'Legacy'

The Resistance will learn that desperate times call for desperate measures in the upcoming episode of CBS's science fiction drama series "Under the Dome."

In "Legacy," Cartermatt reports that Big Jim (Dean Norris) and the rest of the citizens who are not under Christine's (Marg Helgenberger) control will join forces with an unlikely ally. They will ask the help of Aktaion and its mysterious leader, Hektor Martin (Eriq La Salle) to bring down the therapist's regime.

Despite having doubts about the powerful corporation's true intention, Big Jim and Julia (Rachelle Lefevre) know that it possesses useful information about the Dome and its origin. Are they right to trust the nefarious Hektor in their quest to overthrow Christine? Or is Aktaion only using them to get what it wants all along — to harness the energy source from the Dome?

Meanwhile, Hunter (Max Ehrich) will receive encrypted files that will cause deep foreboding among the group. The documents offer disturbing insights on the effect of the Dome to the townspeople. It appears that there is more to come to the citizens who are already infected. What could be worse than losing their free will and becoming puppets to Christine's wishes?

Also in episode 10, it looks like the viewers will finally see Barbie (Mike Vogel) join the Resistance. Last week, Julia has succeeded in snapping him out of his temporary dementia. Their encounter in the woods triggered something in his memory, causing him to be released from Christine's spell.

Now that he and Julia are likely to be together again, it will just be a matter of time when he joins Big Jim and the rest of the gang. But in the show's promo, he can be seen back with Eva (Kylie Bunbury), who is looking very pregnant.

Fashion & Style thinks that Barbie is just bidding his time before making his move. He can just be playing along for now, as he is hoping to destroy the Kinship from the inside. Will Eva notice the change in him, enough to alert Christine of her suspicions? Or will Barbie succeed in getting revenge for being treated like a dog during his brief incarceration?

"Under the Dome" airs Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on CBS.
