It's been a while since Electronic Arts released expansion and game packs for "The Sims 4" but this changes today, as the company officially announced the long-rumored restaurant-themed game pack.

"We hope you have a full appetite and a craving for creative cuisine, because we're taking everyone out for dinner," EA wrote on its blog post as it announced the all-new "The Sims 4" Dine Out game pack.

"This is a game pack we've wanted to make for a long time," EA wrote, adding that it knows the massive demand of the fans to see the new content come out.

In the all-new "The Sims 4" Dine Out game pack, players can build, own and run their own restaurant. This will allow Sims to make a living out of it instead of going to day job.

The restaurants will come in all sorts of themes, but they will have one thing in common—clumsy waiters. The restaurant will not be perfect though because there will be waiters that might spill the food or break the plates.

This "The Sims 4" game pack allows players to unleash the chef in them and discover their specialty by experiment with new foods. There will be various types of customers to encounter too.

"The Sims 4" Dine Out will be released on June 7. And like the meals on the menu, the game pack has fans' mouth watering. Since it is the first game pack players will get in months, "The Sims" fanatics understandably can't wait to get right into the kitchen and whip something delicious.

EA promised that more information about this game pack will be out in the weeks to come.

"We will dive deep into how the sausage is made in the very near future, so keep a close eye on our social channels and website to find out more in the coming weeks," EA teased.
