Sadie Robertson proves to her boyfriend that she has athletic skills

Sadie proves to her boyfriend that she has some serious athletic skills! Instagram

Between Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson and her boyfriend Blake Coward, it seems like Coward is the one with more athletic prowess.

But Sadie thinks that her athletic abilities are not to be looked down either, and she shared a video on her Instagram account to prove it.

In the video, Sadie makes a series of successful basketball shots and plays tennis. She captioned the video, "My boyfriend doubting my athletic ability SOOO I made a video of myself doing athletic things."

The video has received over a hundred thousand likes, and Sadie's fans cheered her on. "Impressive," someone commented. Another person said, "Way to show him. You go girl!!!"

Another fan even suggested that Sadie should have shown Blake her Dancing with the Stars videos.

The teenage Robertson joined Dancing with the Star's season 19 and she paired up with professional dancer Mark Ballas. She managed to end the competition in second place, just behind actor Alfonso Riberio.

After the show, Sadie was quickly busy with a lot of other projects. She teamed up with fashion designer Sherri Hill in creating "daddy-approved" prom gowns and dresses, and authored her own book called "Live Original: How the Duck Commander Teen Keeps It Real and Stays True to Her Values."

During her down time, Sadie loves spending quality time with her family and boyfriend, as well as have Bible study sessions with her friends.

Sadie and Blake are currently managing to make their long-distance relationship work while her beau is away at college. As a supportive girlfriend, Sadie said that she was "so proud" of Blake for signing on to play baseball in college.

"Words can not express how happy I am for you and how proud I am of how much hard work you put into for this. You definitely deserve it. mostly I am proud of the example you set on every team you were on. You played for God and you are definitely being rewarded for that," she wrote on Instagram.
