Now that the big decisions are over, "Married at First Sight" season 3 checks back in on the couples six months after the drama-filled finale (where two pairs parted ways and one stayed together) with a one-hour reunion special.

The participants head to Atlanta to chat with Dr. Pepper Schwartz about the events that transpired after the six-week social experiment. For the uninitiated, Sam and Neil as well as David and Ashley ended their marriage while Tres and Vanessa chose to stay married.

The promo for the upcoming "Married at First Sight" season 3 episode, called "Six Months Later," suggests that things may have made a complete turnaround. To begin with, it looks as if things between Neil and Sam have changed.

On decision day, fans will remember that Neil asked for a divorce, leaving Sam extremely heartbroken. During an interview with New York Post, Neil maintained that he and Sam had different experiences during the marriage, saying "her attraction grew over time whereas mine waned."

The teaser for the "Married at First Sight" season 3 one-hour special shows Sam admitting that she is still "so proud" to wear her wedding ring. At one point she says, "I love him, he's amazing." Later on, they are seen sharing a big hug.

"Married at First Sight" fans are rooting for the two to give their relationship another chance. While Sam was admittedly mean to Neil in the first weeks of their marriage, she fell in love with him eventually. However, Sam's rudeness to Neil proved weighty for him during decision day.

He admitted that he felt bad breaking Sam's heart but he believed it was the right thing to do for his happiness. Whether or not he decided to give Sam a second chance, fans will know in the "Married at First Sight" season 3 episode "Six Months Later."

Meanwhile, the "Married at First Sight" season 3 promo also shows David grumbling about the fact that he "didn't sign up for a six-week experiment" but a marriage. It also seems like Ashley and David haven't seen each other since the divorce.

As for Tres and Vanessa, the only couple who decided to continue their marriage, the two look alarmingly distressed. At one point, Vanessa is seen breaking down when asked by Dr. Schwartz if she and Tres are still together.

What is the real score between the pairs? The "Married at First Sight" season 3 episode "Six Months Later" airs March 8 at 9 p.m. ET on FYI.
