'Justified' season 6 spoilers: Two actors to join for series' final run

"Justified" is finally returning for its sixth and last season, and fans can expect to see two new cast members on the list.  The roles, to be played by "Raising Hope" actor Garret Dillahunt and veteran actor Sam Elliot, are expected to bring new twists to the old-school western-themed series.

Dillahunt will play the antagonist role of Walker, a special operations veteran previously deployed in combat who had turned into a private contractor.  He now works as a security agent for a semi-legal businessman.

The role will be a different one for Dillahunt, who is most famous for his non-antagonistic roles in "The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "Last House on the Left."  This time, he will be playing a character who tries to hide his boiling rage behind a façade of "cold professionalism," an emotion that will be stirred by main characters Raylan and Boyd.

On the other hand, Elliot will play the role of Kentucky gangster Markham who returns from exile with his own army, along with a heap of money earned from growing weed in Colorado.  Markham will have to get out from under the rocks and regain his empire as well as earn the trust of the woman he loves, Katherine Hale.  Unfortunately, Hale, played by Academy Award winner and "The Proposal" actress Mary Steenburgen, believes that Markham was the one who brought down her husband.

Elliot is reportedly fit for the job as his famous baritone voice adds depth to his character and the story itself.  He is the perfect epitome of an old-school western character.

Both Walker and Markham will go against Deputy U.S. Marshall Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) and Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins).

The series also features Nick Searcy, Jacob Pitts, Erica Tazel, Joelle Carter, and Jere Burns.

"Justified" season 6 will premiere on FX in Jan. 2015.
