The Japanese dystopian anime series, "Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou (Girls' Last Tour)" returns this week with a new installment. Episode 7 will give viewers a peek into what lies at the bottom of the ruins as well as answer whether the girls will ever make it to their next destination as they part ways with Ishii.

The previous episode revealed a vital piece of information about the journey of Chito and Yuuri. It turns out that the ruins they have been exploring is only one of the many cities taken down by the apocalyptic war. They would not have given importance as to what lies at the bottom of the ruins if not for the ambition of Ishii who helped fixed the girls' motorcycle and has been working on recreating a flying machine she discovered from the old civilization, which she would use to fly beyond the borders to see what lies ahead.

In her past attempts, she was unable to be airborne long enough to actually complete her goal and leave the city. In the midst of her trials, however, she found peace in having tried and failed.

Having made sure that Ishii would be safe without them, Chito and Yuuri went ahead and left without a planned destination with whatever distance their motorcycle covered in a day. This left fans wondering whether Ishii ever completed her project and crossed paths with Chito and Yuuri. Aside from Ishii, the duo has also encountered another survivor named Kanazawa.

"Girls' Last Tour" episode 7 will air on Friday, Nov. 17 at 9:30 p.m. JST on AT-X, 10:30 p.m. JST on Tokyo MX, and at 11 p.m. JST on BS 11. Additionally, the new episode will also air on Sun TV at 12 a.m. JST and on KBS Kyoto at 1:30 a.m. JST. For regions outside Japan, episodes of the series are also available via the Anime Strike service from Amazon Prime.
