Molly (Halle Berry) will freak out once she realizes she is changing physically in the upcoming episode of CBS' science fiction drama series "Extant."

In "You Say You Want An Evolution," Hollywood Hills reveals that the International Space Exploration Agency (ISEA) astronaut will panic after seeing the transformation that is happening with to body. What worries her the most is that she does not know what she is changing into and whether there is a chance she can reverse it.

Meanwhile, JD Richter's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) ex-wife will suddenly show up on his doorstep. TV Guide reveals that Dorothy (Melina Kanakaredes) wants to discuss the situation of their daughter with him.

Last episode, Molly finally reunites with Ethan (Pierce Gagnon). She and JD managed to trace the fingerprint left in her house to that of Charlie's (Tyler Hilton) and they tracked him to Julie's (Grace Gummer) apartment. When she finally saw her son, she realized that he could not remember her and immediately turned on Julie. The latter threatened to call the police while JD tried to restrain Molly, not wanting her to end up in the psych ward again.

Molly then confronted Toby (David Morrissey) and demanded that he give her custody of Ethan. He then took pity on her and told her he had arranged a meeting with the head of Homeland Security to discuss her son's case. At the end, Moly was first given visitation rights and then full custody of the boy.

Meanwhile, JD was tracking down leads on how John died. He discovered that before Molly's husband's death, Julie made a call to a top-level clearance government and ten minutes later, John was killed by a train. JD contacted Molly to discuss the new information. But on her way, she met one of the men she slept with when she blacked out and he started getting aggressive with her. Molly became weird, flashing a weird symbol with her eyes and causing him to hallucinate about his dead mother. The man then ran into the street and promptly got run over by a car.

"Extant" airs Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
