It looks like fans will see more of the adorable team-up between Baymax and robotics genius Hiro from the hit 2014 Disney animated superhero action comedy film "Big Hero 6." Just recently, Stan Lee, the creator of many of today's much loved comics blurted out that a sequel for the film is in the Mouse House's checklist.

Notably, Lee also let the cat out of the bag for the "Black Panther" movie when he so casually revealed during the Wizard World Comic Con two years ago that the film about the prince of Wakanda is in the works. Now, he mentions to Toronto Sun something about a sequel to "Big Hero 6" as if it was a common fact.

"After Ant-Man, we're going to start playing around with Doctor Strange, the Black Panther, the Inhumans and then we have to come back for Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Big Hero 6, The Avengers, Captain America," Lee said as he enumerated Marvel and Disney's projects that are well on the horizon.

Lee is an honorary executive producer for Marvel films. That being said, he may not have much to say about the things that go on internally. All the same, Lee's casual mention of it makes it look like "Big Hero 6" will indeed get a follow-up film, not that this is a shocker.

"Big Hero 6" was the highest grossing animated movie last year that netted a whopping $651 million across the globe. It also gathered quite a following and each member of this fanbase is aching to know what's next for Hiro, Baymax, and their mighty squad.

Media outlets have started to pitch some storylines that could work for the highly-anticipated "Big Hero 6" sequel, and many believe that Tadashi, Hiro's brother and Baymax's creator, may turn out to be alive after he allegedly perished in a fire.
