Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) must do everything to save Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) and the Pearson Specter Litt law firm from a fraud scandal when "Suits" season 5 returns this week after the winter hiatus.

Based on the promo for the upcoming episode titled "Blowback," Mike will remain behind bars after the authorities arrested him in the midseason finale when someone tipped of the police that he is not a real Harvard graduate. But Mike will continue to keep mum about the situation and refuse to answer questions without a lawyer.

It will not be surprising to see Harvey representing his friend, especially since he knew of Mike's secret from the start. In one of the scenes in the trailer, Harvey's former secretary Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty) reminds him that he needs to get Mike out of prison.

But Donna is not the only one who wants Harvey to win the case for Mike. He and the rest of the partners in Pearson Specter Litt will also go to jail if Mike is proven guilty of committing fraud since they all know that he did not really attended Harvard Law School. This means that the entire law firm is in danger of falling apart because of the case. One of their rivals even warned Harvey that she will make sure the firm will go down "brick by brick."

The tension within the firm will also add up to the pressure the characters are feeling. In another scene on the trailer, Pearson Specter Litt's managing partner Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres) told Harvey that she just did what she had to do, while Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) told him that he does not want to go to jail. Harvey replied that he needs to get out of his way so he can do what he has to do.

Can Harvey manage to save Mike and the firm's reputation?

"Suits" season 5 returns on Wednesday, Jan. 27 on USA Network.
