The highly speculated Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is rumored to arrive next month. Industry observers have expected a new model to come along within the same time period that its successful predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S2,came out last year.

Earlier in the month, famous leakster Evan Blass posted a rendered image of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, which increased interest in the rumored tablet. The image shows its front and back panel, and is shown in two colors, black and white.

There are reports saying that the still-unannounced tablet will be offered in two sizes, 8 inches and 9.7-inches. According to the Chinese regulatory site TENNA, the 8-inch model will have an AMOLED display screen with a 1536 x 2048 resolution. It also stated to be carrying a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor with a clock speed of 1.8 GHz. The tablet's predecessor came with an eight-core Exynos 5433 CPU that offers a speed of 1.9 GHz.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is also speculated to come with 3GB RAM, 32GB and 64GB internal storage, which is expandable via a microSD card, perhaps up to 256 GB. It is also said to be equipped with a 4,000 mAh battery pack an 8MP main camera and a 2MP forward-facing one.  Out of the box, the tablet will contain the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Inquisitr mentioned that the AT&T variant might possibly be LTE-compatible.

One downside of the Galaxy Tab S2 is its low audio quality and the South Korean tech giant may remedy the issue on its upcoming one, if the rumors prove to be true.

Fans are speculating that the retail price for the Tab S3 will not differ much from the Tab S2, between US$300 to US$500. The 8-inch model was originally offeed for US$399, while the 9.7-inch came with a US$499 price tag.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is rumored to arrive by the middle of July.
