It looks like the end is near for Princess Kaguya. Despite her seemingly unstoppable reign, it is believed that the chakra-bending adversary's happy days will be over in "Naruto Shippuden" episode 473.

According to reports, the upcoming episode of the anime titled "The Sharingan Revived" will put a stop to the longstanding battle between Kaguya and Naruto and company.

Looking at the promo for "Naruto Shippuden" episode 473, fans of the manga will notice the moment with Sakura punching Kaguya. This is the same moment that sealed the fate of Kaguya in the manga.

That being said, the following episode of the anime will finally see the heroes completely defeat her, but not without the assistance of the beloved Obito.

The fan-favorite character was killed by Kaguya in the previous episode, but death did not stop him from helping his friends. In "Naruto Shippuden" episode 473, he will deter his trip with Jin to the afterlife to give his Sharingan to Kakashi.

As a result, the Team 7 leader will use his own Sharingan with that of Obito, making for a more destructive force and allowing Obito to help his friends even if he is no longer with them.

However, this will be the last thing Obito will ever be able to do for his good pals as "Naruto Shippuden" episode 473 will follow him to the next world.

While he is no longer physically with Kakashi and the others, he won't be entirely missed in the upcoming installment.

Meanwhile, it is rumored that with Kaguya about to taste defeat, the "Naruto Shippuden" anime is reportedly close to its conclusion.

However, it is being reported that the series will have 500 episodes. If this is accurate, it looks like there are still some stories to be told after Naruto and the squad's latest and quite possibly the most important feats they had in recent time.

"Naruto Shippuden" episode 473 "The Sharingan Revived" airs Thursday, Aug. 25.
