More than a year after the fateful skiing accident that happened in their holiday home in the French Alps, legendary F1 racer Michael Schumacher's health condition is reportedly still showing little progress. 

Although the Schumacher family imposed a news blackout regarding his health, The Daily Mail UK reported that the German racer is being cared for by a group of medical specialists in his estate in Gland, Switzerland, but he is still immobile and unable to speak.

Schumacher's wife Corinna remains on top of his care team, and has taken over the role of managing the racer's £500 million business empire while he is still incapable of deciding on his own. 

Past rumors claimed that Schumacher's family is already having financial troubles after the racer suffered a serious head injury while skiing in 2013, but sources have reportedly said that the racer made more than enough during his highly successful career to take care of his family despite his current condition. 

Recently, German magazine Bunte reported that Corinna already sold the £25 million grey Falcon 2000EX private jet that Schumacher personally flew during the peak of his racing career, as well as their vacation property in Norway. She is also allegedly considering selling their French Alps property where the record-breaking F1 driver got injured. 

Some believe that selling the properties is the sign of money troubles in the Schumacher household, but Corinna has a deeper and more practical reason why she reportedly decided to dispose of them. According to the German publication, Corinna already accepted the probability of her husband not fully recovering, and she reportedly believes that he will have no use for those properties anymore. 

Despite all their alleged struggles, Corinna remains by her husband's side while taking care of their children: Gina, 17, who recently received praises for her impressive horseback riding display during the NRHA European Futurity Horse Show; and Mick, 16, who seems to be following in his father's tracks when he joined and showed promising results in one of his Formula 4 races.
