Madonna's 'Rebel Heart' tour details and updates: Madonna in Asia this month, Australia in March

Madonna recently ended the North American and European leg of her World Tour for her latest album "Rebel Heart," and now, the music icon is set to conquer the stages in Australia and Asia.

After her stops in Taiwan, Bangkok, Japan, and Hong Kong, the "Like a Virgin" hitmaker will perform for her fans in Macau, Philippines, and Singapore before the month ends, and continue her way to New Zealand and Australia in March.

Her stop for Singapore is one of the hot topics in Asian news, since it was confirmed that the Golden Globe Awardee's concert costs $10 million. James Lee, one of the investors of the concert, confirmed the numbers to The Straits Times on Feb. 16.

On Feb. 28, the "True Blue" singer will hold her first ever concert in Singapore. According to reports, she was set to visit the country back in 1993 for her Girlie Show World Tour, but she was banned. To everyone's surprise, Madonna has agreed to perform for Singapore this year.  According to Lee, pop legend is willing to alter the content of her performance for the Singapore audience. 

Madonna will be performing at Singapore's National Stadium on Feb. 28. Prior to that, she will be in Macau on Feb. 20 and 21 and in Manila, Philippines on Feb. 24 and 25.

In March, Madonna will start in Auckland, New Zealand on Mar. 5 and 6 and will proceed to her Australian leg, starting on Mar. 12 and 13 in Melbourne. She will head to Brisbane on Mar. 16 and 17 and then to Sydney on 19 and 20.

As to what concert goers can expect from the big show, The Straits Times highlighted that the "Rebel Heart" tour will feature some of Madonna's biggest hits from the earlier years but will be given a more modern twist. As expected, the "Vogue" singer's costumes will be among the highlights of the concert tour.
