'Young and the Restless' spoilers: Michael tells Lauren about cancer, war breaks out, sparks fly

It's one hectic week in Genoa City with residents warring against each other and canoodling with one another. So, what's going to happen this week? Here's "The Young and the Restless" spoilers from December 8 to 12:

December 8

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, "Y&R" will start the week with a steamy shower scene from Stitch and Ashley Abbott. But just across town, Ashley is unaware that her employees Tobias is working as a double agent and is spying on Jabot. Tobias is working for Victor Newman. Also today, Hilary will have a confrontation with Devon's fake girlfriend Gwen.

December 9

On Tuesday, Victoria and Billy discuss how they will go about parenting Baby Katie. After a shocking twist, Victoria chooses to be with Billy and she wants to be with him. However, it could be a tad too late since Stich and Ashley have hooked up already.

December 10

This Wednesday, Michael Baldwin and Lauren will celebrate their anniversary. But before the night ends, Michael finally decides to tell Lauren the cold truth—he has Stage 3 cancer.

December 11

Thursday is an all-out war day. Phyllis is furious and he wages war against Jack's ex Kelly. Something tells us that Kelly won't be backing down on this one. In other news, Adam Newman, now known as Gabriel, will stay at the cabin in the woods to reflect about his past and the future.

December 12

Ending the week is a shocking discovery by Ashley. And there's Sharon Newman finally getting a backbone. She decides to face Nick Newman head-on in court and fight for herself and faith.
