Last week on "The Young and the Restless," Phyllis shouted for help at the hospital when Jack was unable to speak. Victor threatened Jack not to say anything and said that he made Gabe CEO to keep him quiet.
Jack whispered, "You didn't."
Victor grabbed a pillow just as Phyllis reentered the room, and she told him to stay away from her husband. Victor insisted that he was just trying to make him feel comfortable. They moved to the corridor when the doctor arrived. Victor insisted that he didn't shoot Jack when Victoria appeared. Phyllis told her that Jack pointed out Victor as his shooter.
Meanwhile, Marisa told Adam that Marco was at the bottom of a lake. Adam told her that he was blackmailed into joining Marco's plan. Marisa thinks that Victor helped Marco take Jack's place.
At the station, Paul talked to Phyllis on the phone and told her that no one saw Victor shoot Jack. Adam arrived and told him that that's not true — he was there. He saw the shooting.
At Newman, Victoria told Victor that everyone is against him. Victor said that Paul didn't have the evidence to arrest him. Adam arrived and told them he wants Victor's office. Paul arrived to arrest Victor, saying that Mr. Bingham came forward with evidence. Victor said that Bingham only wants his company. Paul paid no heed and arrested Victor.
At the station, Victor admitted that he shot Jack, but told Paul that he did it in self-defense. Paul told him Jack didn't have a weapon on him when Victor shot him.
