iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus: Top 4 complaints among users

A lot of people rejoiced when Apple released the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus that granted some people's wish of a bigger screen display.  But while users are pleased with most of the features of the devices, some consumers still have complaints about Apple's latest iPhone line.

Below are the top four problems and issues that iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus users usually complain about.

1. #Bendgate

#Bendgate is one of the biggest issues that Apple faced. The #Bendgate issue is attributed to the thinner profile of the new smartphone that measures only 7 millimeters. Moreover, the casing of the new Apple smartphone is made out of anodized aluminum frame. The anodizing makes the case more durable; however, aluminum is a soft metal that can easily bend.

2. Size and form factor

Although some Apple fans were happy that the company finally increased the screen size of the iPhones to be at par with its rivals, some users are not used to the big screen size of the device.  Some loyal iPhone users find the new iPhones difficult to handle, while others find the materials used for casing the smartphones slippery and hard to grip.

3. Sudden crashes

Users also complained about the sudden crashes of the iPhone 6 Plus and about incidents wherein the device reboots continuously. Complainants cannot pinpoint the main cause of the crashes, but the issue reportedly occurs in 128 GB models of the iPhone 6 Plus. Also, some of the users who reported the issue had more than 700 apps installed in their devices. Other reports claim that crashes happen even though users do not touch or use the device.

4. iOS 8 bugs and problems

Some of the complaints are brought about by the iOS 8 bugs and issues that users encountered. Users claimed that the iPhone 6 gets stuck in a landscape mode that is quite annoying. Moreover, there are also issues on the iMessage and Wi-Fi features of the device.
