'The Real Housewives of Orange County' news: Season 11, episode 9 sees David and Shannon travel to Cabo

 Bravo

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 11 saw several big surprises during the most recent episode, in which David Beador treated his wife, Shannon, to a special party and a renewal of their wedding vows. Episode 9, titled "Woo Hoo Weekend," will see the couple take a vacation in Cabo, Mexico.

As stated in a report from E! Online, the couple has gone through several ups and downs after Shannon discovered her husband had a year-long affair. They have been trying to recuperate all through-out season 10 and in the last episode David brought in their children and all of Shannon's friends and co-stars as they renewed their vows and embarked on a second honeymoon.

It was during the past episode that he revealed plans for a special trip to Cabo, which could serve as their second honeymoon together. It is likely that the upcoming episode will focus on their activities out during their vacation.

According to the synopsis from TV Guide, David and Shannon are not the only ones going out on a vacation. Kelly and Vicki will be spending their time over at a luxury estate located in La Quinta, California as they celebrate birthdays. It is noted that neither Vicki nor Kelly were invited to the previous party due to Kelly's behavior at the sushi dinner.

Tamra, on the other hand, will schedule a meeting between Kelly and Heather with the hopes that the two can reconcile before the group of friends go on yet another vacation trip. The synopsis does not reveal exactly where the group will be going or when they will be leaving. It is also undetermined if Shannon is going to join them or if they will leave while she is out with David.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" season 11 episode 9 will air this Aug. 29.
