'The 100' season 3 spoilers: Clarke and Roan join forces to take down ALIE

The 100 - Clarke and Roan The CW

ALIE (Erica Cerra) has proven to be a resilient antagonist in "The 100" season 3 after she narrowly escaped Raven's plan of shutting her down. The official promo for the penultimate episode, "Perverse Instantiation -- Part One," reveals that this will force Clarke (Eliza Taylor) to team up with unexpected forces.

As shown in the trailer, Clarke and Bellamy (Bob Morley) are shown talking to one of their most reviled enemies, Roan (Zach McGowan), in an attempt to recruit him in their fight against the AI. To their surprise, Roan does not try to kill them but instead decides to join them and asks when would they begin.

Bellamy, however, shows signs of distrust and there is a clip towards the end of the promo where he is staring through a sniper rifle scope and states something is wrong just before a building explodes. As stated by the Ecumenical News, it is undetermined if Clarke and Roan are inside this building when the explosion occurs.

This explosion is hinted at when Monty (Christopher Larkin) states that someone, presumably Clarke and Roan, are walking into a trap. Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) is shown with is gun drawn and the environment he is walking in may be the same building Clarke and Roan enter, hinting he may have something to do with the explosion.

There is also a clip showing Clarke bound and gagged and is being dragged into ALIE's compound by Roan, hinting that this is their ploy to get inside without having to face all of ALIE's defenses. Fans speculate that this rouse will be dropped once they get close enough to take down the AI.

Jaha (Isaiah Washington) is also shown in the beginning of the promo walking into the Polis throne room only to find ALIE already there. It is speculated that this is all a part of ALIE's plan in order to take execute her real plans of killing everyone possible.

"The 100" season 3 episode 15 airs this May 12.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
