Telltale Games "The Walking Dead" is officially getting a third season, and according to a report from Mashable, the season is set to be released sometime this year, although the developers did not reveal a specific release window for the launch.

One of the main questions put forth in the interview with the developer was in regards to the ending of season 2. Season 2 ended with multiple branching paths, allowing Clementine to either close the season as she wades through a horde of walkers disguised as one of them, or to head out and settle in Wellington.

According to the CEO Kevin Bruner, the developers have designed a means of letting all of these endings somehow converge to the point they will be starting season 3's story.

"When we got to season 2, we had a plan in the back of our minds of how we would make all these endings keep those threads going forward," stated Bruner. "From a role-playing, interactive storytelling point of view, it is not from the bag of tricks that we've ever shown anybody before."

Bruner also explained that the third season will welcome in fans of "The Walking Dead" comic books and the television show, hoping to bring in a wider audience without alienating those who have grown attached to the story the games have presented thus far.

The developer also explained that there will be a means of carrying over the player choices all the way from season 1 despite the first season not having the Cloud Saving system that can be integrated with today's games.

Many fans speculate that season 3 will utilize a program akin to "Dragon Age: Inquisition," where the player can do a rough "tree" of season 1 and season 2 choices without having to transfer their original save files.

"The Walking Dead" season 3 is expected to launch for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android platforms before the end of the year.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
