According to the spoilers of "Supernatural" season 10, Sam and Castiel will find a cure for the menacing state of one of the Winchester brothers.

ScreenFad posted a summary of the alleged plot of the series' tenth season. It claimed that next season will begin with Sam frantically looking for his missing brother, who has gone missing after he got the pair of shiny black eyes. The web site added that Sam will travel down to a dark path "with consequences that will shake the boys to their core."

Meanwhile, Castiel may also have something in his sleeve that has something to do with Demon Dean. Castiel will be concerned with his own mortality as well as the new threats that emerged. The two may find some sort of cure for Dean's nightmare.

Apart from these spoilers, the real storyline of the "Supernatural" season 10 remains vague. Latest reports claimed that the "Supernatural" crew and cast went back to work as the production for the series' 10th season kicked off.

The production team returned to Vancouver to resume filming where the series left off last season. After five weeks of laborious writing and revising the plots for the first five episodes of "Supernatural", the regular cast, Jensen Ackles (Dean), Jared Padalecki (Sam), Misha Collins (Castiel), and Crowley (Mark Sheppard), still have weeks of vacation and it seemed that they are now reviewing the script.

Actor Jared Padalecki confirmed that the series will be back on October 7. "Clear your calendars!! October 7th, the Winchester's are back in action! Don't make me come get you! #supernatural #CWFallPremieres," the actor posted on his Twitter account @jarpad.

"Supernatural" season 10 will be back on air on October 7 at CW Network.
