Latest spoilers claim that the 200th special episode of "Supernatural" will focus mainly on the Winchester brothers.

It seems that the people behind the TV series want the episode to trace back to its roots and make it a real treat to the loyal fans of the show. The two guys will be the episode's front and center.

As for the question if there will be supporting characters in the upcoming episode entitled "Fan Fiction" – a spokesperson for the show told TVLine that new season regulars Castiel (Mark Sheppard) and Crawley (Misha Collins) will be absent in the 200th episode.

"We can't give too much away about the 200th episode or the storylines leading up to it, but we can say that while Misha Collins and Mark Sheppard are not in the episode, they, and many other favorite characters from the past nine seasons, will be represented in a way that we think fans will love."

It was reported that the cast and crew wrapped up the filming for "Supernatural's" 200th episode. The episode is a homage to the show's huge fan base and was appropriately titled "Fan Fiction". Actor Jensen Ackles revealed that fans will get a lot of the classic Impala, which is a fan favorite. The producers are expecting that fans will be nostalgic and the episode will definitely deliver.

"Supernatural" season 10 will be back on air on Oct. 7 and will pick up where the previous season left off. Dean transformed into a Demon Dean, and Sam will try hard to find a cure for his brother.

CW Network released a trailer for the upcoming season of "Supernatural," which shows demon-possessed Dean wreaking havoc wherever he goes while his brother goes after him and tries to save him. In the trailer, it seems that Castiel will again switch gears and will worsen the situation, rather than help in finding a cure for Dean's situation.
