"Suits" season 5 episode 4 saw Harvey (Gabriel Macht) go at it again with Louis (Rick Hoffman) while Mike (Patrick J. Adams) was trying to prove himself and step out of Harvey's shadow. Episode 5, "Toe to Toe," sees Harvey getting into another major battle, but this time, with an old rival.

According to the official synopsis, per CarterMatt, the episode will see the arrival of Travis Tanner. Tanner is described as one of Harvey's arch-rivals, although this time, he comes claiming he is a changed man. Harvey and Mike didn't get much screen time together in the previous episode, but now, they'll have to team together to see whether Tanner can be trusted or not.

Tanner isn't just going to be a problem for Harvey at work but also be an issue during his therapy sessions. According to the synopsis, Dr. Agard (Christina Cole) will connect Harvey's confrontations with Tanner to issues in his past. This, at least, confirms that Harvey isn't giving up on these sessions any time soon.

He'll need these sessions, too, as the previous episode put Harvey through the ringer with one problem after the other. His only consolation was Esther and even that didn't prove to help him much.

Harvey still has to deal with Louis, but this time, Jessica (Gina Torres) will ask Louis to end their problems and make peace. In order to do this, Louis will call on the help of Donna (Sarah Rafferty) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) to devise a secret plan, one that could make Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson) as their main enemy.

The promotional video for the episode also reveals Louis confronting Harvey about the latter's blossoming relationship with Louis' sister, Esther (Amy Acker). Although not revealed, it is hinted that this relationship could stem the tide between the two and make them unlikely allies in the future, especially if Harvey wants to pursue something intimate with Esther.

"Suits" season 5 episode 5, "Toe to Toe," airs this July 22.
