'Sense8' season 2 spoilers: Kala and Wolfgang's relationship to become 'stressful and electric'

Sense8 Netflix

"Sense8" has proven to be a successful comeback for the Wachowski siblings after the failure of their films such as "Jupiter Ascending" and the split opinions on "Cloud Atlas." Very little is known about season 2 at this point but actress Tina Desai, who plays Kala, managed to slip in a few hints while speaking to IB Times India.

The first thing Desai confirmed is that she is not yet aware of the whole story given that she has only read the script up to the events of episode 7. This means there are still many episodes that the actress has not yet reached and at that point anything could still happen, including the death of her character or someone else.

It is common practice for studios to withhold the script for some episodes from the actors to prevent details from leaking out, allowing them to get hold of the script only a few days before they have to begin filming the episode. Very often the copy of the script actors receive only contains the parts for their characters, ensuring they cannot spoil information regarding the other characters and events.

Desai did manage to spoil a little bit regarding Kala and Wolfgang's (Max Riemelt) relationship, saying, "Even what I do know, I won't share because the fun is in not knowing. I can just say things have gotten even more intense and action-packed, and the relationship between Kala and Wolfie is more stressful and electric than ever."

Season 1 ended with Wolfgang shooting his uncle and warning Kala that she shouldn't pursue being with him, convincing her that she should instead marry her fiance Rajan (Purab Kohli) despite the fact she is no longer interested in him. Wolfgang claimed he is too dangerous for her, but Desai's statements indicate that the two will continue pursuing some sort of relationship in season 2.
