Samsung Galaxy Note 4 official specs leaked by Indonesian retailer

Prior to the public unveiling of the upcoming new generation smartphone of Samsung, which has been dubbed as the Galaxy Note 4, the details regarding the device appear to have been released online. An Indonesian internet retailer, Erafone, advertised a gadget on its website, which fans believe to be the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. However, the ad was later removed from Erafone's website. The deletion of the post may have been prompted by a direct intervention from Samsung Electronics.

Nonetheless, fans of the devices made by the tech giant are clearly unstoppable. Despite taking down the image and the details describing the purported Samsung Galaxy Note 4, rumors regarding the information earlier posted are still floating around. In a snapshot of the supposed accidental revelation by the internet retailer, Droid Life shares that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will have a memory upgrade of 4GB RAM. This is an apparent improvement compared with the memory capacity of Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Based on the internet retailer's descriptions, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be offered in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB variants. In addition, Samsung's hailed next generation smartphone will be exhibiting a 5.7-inch screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will also have 2560 x 1440 (515 ppi pixel density) Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. The device will be powered by a 2.5-GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor. Similar with other Samsung gadgets, it will run on Android 4.4.3 KitKat OS. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will have a micro SD that reaches 128GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will also have a 16 MP camera, which will be featuring 3456 x 4608 pixels, optical image stabilization, autofocus, and dual-LED flash. With regard to the gadget's connectivity, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will have a 4G LTE radio, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi direct, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, EDR, and LE.

According to sources, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 might make its debut at an Unpacked event hosted by Samsung on September 3.
