People's Choice Awards 2014 Winners: Jennifer Hudson voted Favorite Humanitarian Award

The full list of the annual People's Choice Awards will be unveiled at the ceremony tomorrow, but the winner of the Favorite Humanitarian award has already been revealed as multi award winning artist Jennifer Hudson.

The winners of the annual awards are chosen solely by fans, and Hudson as been voted for the Favorite Humanitarian award for the second time for her work with the Julian D. King Gift Foundation, an organization she formed with her sister Julia in honor of her nephew Julian King, who was tragically murdered in 2008.

Hudson stated: "Thank you for honoring me with the Favorite Humanitarian Award. My sister Julia and I were raised with the belief that helping others was always very important. I am so grateful that the People's Choice Awards and Walgreens have come together in the same spirit. This spotlight will provide us with the opportunity to share all the amazing work being done by the Julian D. King Gift Foundation for children in the city of Chicago and around the United States."

The 2014 People's Choice Awards ceremony will take place in Los Angeles on January 8, 2014. Hudson will be attending the show to receive her award.

Walgreens, the official retail sponsor of the People's Choice Awards, will present the award. The company will also donate $100,000 to the Julian D. King Foundation, which can be doubled when enough users download the Walgreens mobile app and click on the People's Choice Awards icon.

The 2014 People's Choice Awards will broadcast live from the Nokia Theater on CBS at 9 p.m. ET.
