Kim Richards of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is out of rehab, and in a touching tribute, her ex-husband, Monty Brinson, took to Instagram on Monday, July 6, to say how proud he is of the reality TV star.

Brinson posted a shot of himself and Richards sharing a kiss and wrote, "All I can say is so proud of Kim and can't wait for the premier of your movie this month and for the world to see how beautiful and great you are doing and committed you are for yourself in finding happiness you deserve and staying on track with your life."

He added that everyone loves a comeback and said that Richards "will be seen in a positive light." The former child star will be featured in a cameo on "Sharknado 3" on Wednesday, July 22, on Syfy. Richards was last seen in a film role in 2009's "Race to Witch Mountain."

Richards was charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer after an incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel. After opening up about her struggles to Dr. Phil in an exclusive interview, the Bravo star went to rehab. She briefly left the facility in May to attend the wedding of her and Brinson's 29-year-old daughter Brooke to Fatburger heir Thayer Wiederhorn in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

While she made it to her daughter's wedding, Richards was noticeably absent from her niece Nicky Hilton's wedding to banking heir James Rothschild on Friday at Kensington Palace. A source told Entertainment Tonight that the star was invited to the wedding but decided not to attend.

E! News reports that Richards will not be coming back to the Bravo franchise for its sixth season. Instead, she will reportedly be focusing on her recovery. The 50-year old, who has been with the hit reality show since 2010, has been open about her battle with alcohol addiction in the past.
