Khloe Kardashian was hesitant about Lamar Odom attending Kanye West's show?

Last year, former NBA player Lamar Odom suffered from several strokes due to a drug overdose. Odom recently attended Kanye West's "Yeezy" show for this year's New York Fashion Week, but a recent report from the Hollywood Life confirms that Odom's estranged wife Khloe Kardashian was not comfortable with this decision.

According to the report, Kardashian stated that she felt anxious about the decision, particularly given that this would be Odom's first time out at the Madison Square Garden following his hospitalization. She explained that the area might be filled with too many stimulants for Odom's brain despite the fact that Odom was cleared for the trip.

Kardashian later continued to explain that Kanye West, husband to Khloe's sister Kim, was instrumental in Odom's recovery.

"Kanye was really instrumental in Lamar's getting better. He would come to the hospital and play his album for Lamar," she stated in the report. "And Lamar couldn't speak at this time. And music is definitely a form of therapy. When he was able to finally speak, he said, 'Man, Kanye really helped me. I love that he would come.'"

As stated by US Magazine, Odom's incident and subsequent recovery has played a major role in preventing the couple from finalizing their divorce and is now the factor that could bring the two back together as a couple.

Khloe confirmed this in the report, stating that if she and Odom were to get back together it would be the "best dream." She did state that it was hard considering all of the issues the couple had gone through and Khloe did state that they could not simply erase everything that happened between them.

Lastly, Khloe Kardashian confirmed that there is nothing intimate happening between her and Odom at the moment as they are merely focusing on re-building their friendship, although she did not rule out the possibility of something developing in the future.

Does the Church of England need to re-think its messaging?

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
