Jay Z and Solange Knowles reconciled in latest photos posted by Beyonce

It seemed that Jay Z and his wife's sister Solange Knowles have patched things up after their elevator brawl as the two were spotted having a good time with Beyonce's family.

Although Beyonce does not update her Instagram and Tumblr accounts often, the singer posted a few photographs of her family enjoying some quiet time with Jay Z in Café Amelie in New Orleans. Beyonce and Jay Z spent some quality time with her mom Tina, Solange and her boyfriend Alan Ferguson, and kids Blue Ivy and Daniel. Everyone looked so bright and happy and it seemed that the two got past the MET Gala incident.

Celebrity news source TMZ got hold of the footage of Beyonce's sister physically attacking Jay Z inside the elevator in The Standard Hotel in New York. In the video, Beyonce was acting calm and collected although her sister was hitting her husband.

After the video leaked to the mass media, Beyonce responded by simply posting photos of herself and her sister to show that there was no bad blood between them. There were various theories as to why Solange attacked her brother-in-law. However, both parties neither denied nor confirmed anything. In the end, the three released a collective statement to put the rumors to rest.

"But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it. Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family," they said.

However, website Independent.ie reported that Beyonce had a hard time following the altercation between her husband and sister. The report also cited an unnamed British magazine quoting "Behind the scenes, Bey's in hell. She loves her sister and Jay, but to take sides is torture for her. Everything is under question now. That shocking glimpse into their private lives is not what people would've expected."
