iOS 8 Beta 5 rolls out to developers this week; Jailbreak coming soon?

As we have not seen any iOS 7.1.1 jailbreak due to its best security feature seen in the iOS so far, but reports claim that jailbreakers are working on one for the iOS 8.

According to Autoomobile, the jailbreaking community is very worried that they find it impossible to jailbreak the OS. Right now, Winocm was the only jailbreaker to have done anything about a jailbreak for iOS 7.1.1. He developed the untethered jailbreak for iOS 7.1.1 for the older versions of the Apple iPad and iPhones which have the A4 processor. Thus, this does not apply to newer handsets, especially the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C.

Meanwhile, Evad3rs made a nice job in developing the iOS 6 Jailbreak. But there is no word yet from the Evad3rs as to when it will release the iOS 8 jailbreak.

Meanwhile, iOS 8 Beta 5 will be released this week. Phones Review claimed that the fifth beta version will be launched on Aug. 5. Apple first unveiled the iOS 8 last June 2 at the company's annual Worldwide Developers' Conference alongside the new OS X Yosemite. The iOS 8 is scheduled to be officially rolled out in September.

Some of the software features included in the new iOS are updates to the photos, iMessage and the keyboard applications. The search function, Spotlight, and iCloud will also be improved. iOS 8 will also pack the much awaited Health application to manage the health information of the user such as heart monitor, BMI and track medications.

Recently, Apple has made significant changes on the upcoming Health application in the latest beta version of the iOS 8. The new Health application will make use of the M&7 motion co-processor for data sourcing.

The beta versions of the new operating system are meant for developers to tweak their apps to ensure that their respective apps and games will work smoothly on the new iOS 8. The new beta version includes updates and fixes for the bugs found in the previous version.
