'GTA 5' DLC update news: 'Further Adventures in Finance and Felony' launches June 7

GTA Online - Further Adventures in Finance and Felony Rockstar Games

"Grand Theft Auto V" is about to get even bigger as Rockstar Games confirmed a brand new DLC pack is coming for the game's online mode this June. Titled "Further Adventures in Finance and Felony," Rockstar Games' official website describes it as "the biggest and deepest" update yet to "GTA Online."

As stated in a report from Gamespot, the new DLC builds upon the premise and features that were first introduced in the "Executives and Other Criminals" DLC, which was released back in 2015. As such, it will focus on the player becoming the biggest criminal kingpin in both Blaine County and the Los Santos region.

In terms of gameplay, players will be able to expand their criminal business and even become the CEO of a new criminal empire. A part of this new feature is the ability to purchase a high-rise office and several warehouses where the player can store their contraband goods. These contraband items can then be stored or sold.

However, the player will need to continually defend their warehouses and office from the Los Santos Police Department and other criminal organizations. Other players can and will be prompted to raid a warehouse, giving the online community a chance to overtake the business of others.

The new DLC will also come with new vehicles, weapons and features. One of these features is the introduction of the new "cunning stunts" mode. With this comes stunt-ready vehicles made specifically for attaining stunt-related achievements.

According to a report from Gamespot, the game will also see additional tools and options added to the "GTA Online" Content Creator toolset. Specific details regarding what features will be added and how they will affect custom creations have yet to be revealed.

"Further Adventures in Finance and Felony" will launch for "GTA Online" this June 7, just before Rockstar Games and publisher Take-Two Interactive make their upcoming announcements at this year's E3.
