New handsome doctor Nathan (Martin Henderson) will find himself unwelcome in the halls of the Grey Sloan in the upcoming episode of the long-running ABC series "Grey's Anatomy."

In "Something Against You," Nathan will reportedly come face-to-face with an old pal, none other than grumpy Owen (Kevin McKidd). After bringing an orphaned boy to the hospital for a major surgery, the scruffy doctor will be yelled at by the red-haired man in scrubs. In the promo, Owen is seen asking him what his business is for being there. When Nathan tells him about the boy with the tumors, he is told to leave as soon as the surgery is complete.

Nathan is said to have travelled to Seattle because of April, (Sarah Drew) whom he met while in Jordan. From how it looks like, he and Owen knew each other during their military days. In an interview last October, McKidd revealed to TV Line that somebody would come along from Owen's past this season. He said that this person would turn the red-headed doctor's life upside down and would "ignite a lot of things in Owen and causes real problems for him."

In the past episode, the residents were shocked to learn Callie's (Sara Ramirez) new girlfriend Penny (Samantha Sloyan) was the one partially responsible for Derek's (Patrick Dempsey) death. They were even more amazed that Penny was transferring to Grey Sloan and would work directly under Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). Amelia (Caterina Scorsone), particularly, was livid with anger that her sister agreed to the setup, never knowing that it was Bailey (Chandra Wilson) who arranged the whole thing. Now, it appears that Penny will find a kindred soul in Nathan, as they both feels the angst directed towards them.

Meanwhile, also in episode 7, CarterMatt reports that the doctors will team up to work on a long-time patient. Tension will reportedly rise as the high stakes case puts pressure on everyone. Meanwhile, Bailey will urge Ben (Jason George) to kick their new roomie, Jackson (Jesse Williams), out of their house. Jackson started living there after he and April split up. Lastly, fans can expect Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) to get back into the dating scene, this time with a new wingman.

"Grey's Anatomy" airs Thursday nights at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
