'Grey's Anatomy' season 11 episode 1, 2 spoilers: Synopses reveal Maggie will be the center of attention

The synopses of episodes 1 and 2 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 reveal that Mer's half-sister Maggie will be the focus of the series.

The eleventh season of "Grey's Anatomy" will also focus on the relationship between Margaret "Maggie" Pierce and Meredith. Last season, it was revealed that Maggie and Mer are sisters as the former is Ellis Grey's daughter from her affair with Richard.

In the first episode entitled "I Must Have Lost It On The Wind," the eleventh season of the hit medical drama opens with the doctors dealing with a car wreck emergency. In a new clip of the premiere episode, Jo, Arizona, Owen, and the others are spotted getting major car wreck victims out of the car. However, things get awkward for the ladies when one of the male victims' clothes fly up.

Moreover, Maggie Pierce will enter the scene and make the rounds. Meanwhile, Derek will be thinking of a career move to Washington DC and his wife, Meredith, will struggle to make a decision about Derek's career move. She is torn between GSMH and Washington.

On the other hand, Bailey will fight Alex for a spot on the board. This means that Alex will clash with Bailey because of the post, and was reported that Alex will make sure that Bailey will have to put up a fight for the said position.

The second episode of "Grey's Anatomy" is entitled "Puzzle With A Piece Missing." The episode will focus on Maggie as she continues to make a positive impression at the hospital, but she finds herself in an unfortunate situation.

For the medical case that week, doctors will work on the case of a dying woman who is being kept alive by her daughter.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 11 will be back on air on Sept. 25, 7 p.m. on ABC.
