Meredith will be the center of attention in the 11th season of "Grey's Anatomy," along with her family and marriage issues.

Mer will have a lot of things on her plate, knowing that she will be working with her half-sister. Last season, it was revealed that Margaret "Maggie" Pierce and Mer are sisters, as the former is Ellis Grey's daughter from her affair with Richard. Mer is recently informed about her sister, and her shocked reaction will be highly anticipated.  The eleventh season of "Grey's Anatomy" will focus on the relationship between Maggie and Meredith.

In addition to dealing with a new-found immediate family member, Meredith will also have to deal with an impending decision of whether to move to Washington with her husband Derek for a career opportunity. She is battling with a choice to either stay in GSMH or make the drastic move to a new state.

Aside from Meredith's family drama and marriage woes, the eleventh season of "Grey's Anatomy" will also focus on the relationship between Callie (Jessica Capshaw) and Arizona (Sara Ramirez).  The two may break up next season. Shonda Rhimes said that there is a chance that the two will split.

"I'll be honest with you and say that there is literally a 50/50 chance that they'll be together or apart, and I have not figured it out yet," Rhimes told Entertainment Weekly.

The premiere episode is entitled "I Must Have Lost It On The Wind," and will open with the doctors dealing with a car wreck emergency. In a new clip of the premiere episode, Jo, Arizona, Owen, and the others are spotted getting major car wreck victims out of the car. However, things get awkward for the ladies when one of the male victims' clothes fly up.
