'GTA 5' Heists DLC is coming soon

GTA V Rockstar Games

Rockstar Games's latest tease to "Grand Theft Auto" gamers involve the Heists DLC to finally be "coming soon." In a new interview, the developer spilled the details about the looming rollout for the much-awaited content for the action-adventure open-world game, as reported by Game Spot. Rockstar Games may be planning to catch everyone off guard with the new content's impending launch as no specific date was still dropped. Nevertheless, fans can now rejoice knowing that their wait and patience for the DLC that promote crime camaraderie and felony fun with gamer pals and strangers are well worth it.

But that is not even the best part. It was initially reported that the Heists DLC will be limited to the PS4, Xbox One and the PC consoles only. Thankfully, no gaming platform will be singled out as Rockstar Games assured IGN that the Heists DLC will be available on the last-gen consoles (PS3 and Xbox 360) as well. So basically each and every GTA fanatic will be able to enjoy the update for "Grand Theft Auto V" once it officially comes out.

How soon is soon, no one knows. But the Heists DLC may finally be upon gamers before or after Nov. 18. On the other hand, Game Reactor bets on a 2015 release, claiming that the PC game will have to be out first before the DLC comes through.

Rockstar Games even made tons of Heists screenshots public for every gamer's delight. IBTimes can't help but praise the majorly pristine visuals of the game. A couple of photos show duo characters having their mugshots taken. Another snap shows a First Person Mode robbery inside a liquor store. Several photos reveal armored truck robberies, wherein shootouts are rampant and smoke bombs leave the characters and their schemes unnoticed.

The new title will be out in a week for PS4 and Xbox One consoles and Rockstar Games can imagine their loyal patrons at the edge of their seats awaiting not only for the formal debut of the highly-anticipated game but also for the Heists DLC itself. The PC version will be out early next year, Jan. 27 to be exact, and "Grand Theft Auto V" is surely prepared for the spotlight and, of course, massive pack up and sales.
