"Gotham" season 2 will need to fill in a void now that Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) is gone. According to a report from Deadline, the studios have found the answer with two actors to play sibling villains. James Frain has been cast as Theo Galavan while Jessica Lucas has been cast as Theo's sister, Tabitha aka the supervillain Tigress.

Theo is described as a billionaire industrialist and is the "savior the city has been waiting for." He is described to be sexy, heroic and devoted to his sister Tabitha. The report also cites that behind Theo's facade of altruism is a very old vendetta that he is set to take out on the city of Gotham.

According to the report, they will be the force that will ignite the creation of Gotham's villains while also being the destruction of others. Fans have speculated that this could refer to some sort of chemical experiment or scientific-based crime that would give many villains their super-powers.

Frain is currently taking strides as a regular on season 2 of HBO's "True Detective" and has been a recurring face in "Orphan Black." On the big screen, his credits include "Tron: Legacy" and "Water for Elephants."

Jessica Lucas's Tabitha is described in a report from TVLine as Theo's enforcer. She is said to be "the opposite of her cold and calculating brother, deriving a sensual pleasure from the mayhem she's tasked with making." It is important to note that the Tigress described here is radically different from her comic book counterpart.

In the comic books, there are three different versions of Tigress but the most notable are the second and third. The second Tigress is Paula Brooks who later becomes the Huntress. She then marries Crusher Crock aka the Sportsmaster and have a daughter, Artemis Crock, who becomes the third and most popular version of Tigress.

"Gotham" season 2 is scheduled to premiere on Sept. 21.
