'General Hospital' spoilers: Sonny asks Shawn for help, Patrick seeks Sam's forgiveness

Last week was an action-packed five days for "General Hospital." This week, the action takes a backseat but the drama continues in Port Charles. Here are the spoilers for the episodes from Dec. 15 to 19: 

Dec. 15 

Carly confronts Franco and the mob proposes a deal with Julian and Sonny. Unfortunately, Julian and Sonny have no choice but to accept the deal as the tension is growing. Sonny has to guarantee that a family member who was taken hostage will be released. Also, this is the day when Ava's baby takes a paternity test. 

Dec. 16 

Unexpected guests pay Nikolas a visit. According to We Love Soaps, Olivia talks to Ned and reveals a couple of things. Also, Maxie gets the results of the custody hearing.  

Dec. 17 

Patrick seeks Sam's forgiveness, and Sabrina also seeks Ava's pardon. 

Elsewhere, Sonny asks Shawn to help him, particularly about giving information about the mob. Duke and Shawn help Sonny out. 

Dec. 18 

On Thursday, Elizabeth warns Sam, but Sam knows better and questions her reason for the warning. Little does Sam know that Elizabeth talks to Jake about his suspicions and Jake confronts Sam about it. Additionally, Julian gets information about the mob and Sonny and he are surprised to know about it. 

Dec. 19 

To end the week, Maxie gets some good news and this will spill over until next week's episodes. Franco and Nina learn what would happen to them and Kiki stays by Morgan.
