'General Hospital': Franco tries to kill hostages, Dante and Nathan may set off bomb, Michael cheats

This week on "General Hospital" gets very intense when Franco has switched to the crazy murderer that he is again. On November 12, Franco plays with the lives of his hostages and may even kill all of them, if his plan prevails.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, crazy Franco now has four hostages, namely Heather, Carly, Shawn and Jordan. Being the crazy guy that he is, he leaves the door unlocked, giving the hostages the freedom to leave. However, there's a catch. There's a bomb strapped to the door and it will explode when the door opens. So technically, the hostages aren't really free to leave at all.

However, Dante and Nathan might actually open the door, not knowing that there's a bomb attach to it. The two guys have been tracking down Franco's hostages for weeks now. And if opening that door means saving the hostages, they might not think twice. Nevertheless, it would be crazy to think that "GH" will kill off six major characters in just one scene.

Meanwhile, Nina gets a surprise visit from someone and according to the rumors, it will be Silas. And during Silas' visit, Nina will "play house" with Silas and pretend that Ava's baby is really hers.

As for Michael Corinthos, yesterday, he was pretty mad at Sonny and didn't care about Sonny saying he loves Michael so much. On Wednesday, his emotions may get the best of him as he decides to cheat on Kiki with none other than Rosalie.

Will Dante open the bomb with the door? Will Dante and Nathan save the hostages? Will Silas agree to Nina's delusions? And how will Kiki react to Michael's cheating?

It's going to be one crazy week on "General Hospital." Catch it on Wednesday on ABC.
