Last week on "General Hospital," Hayden and Nikolas told Jake that they would be at his wedding, but Jake told them not to come because they'd only upset Liz.
At the station, Spinelli's program finished running and transformed Jake's face into Jason's. Carly sees this on the computer screen and she called a doctor to set up an emergency DNA test, and she was able to get a water bottle which Jake had just drunk from.
Carly was able to get the bottle tested, and it was confirmed that Jake and Jason are one and the same. She called Jake to tell him and she left him a message to call her back. Carly jumped into her car and drove off to find Jake, but she crashed into Kiki's car.
At the Haunted Star, Dillon played the video of Valerie confessing to sleeping with Dante, and Lulu demanded to watch the whole thing. Dante said that it was true, and Lulu ran off in tears. Valerie accused Dillon of playing the clip on purpose to destroy Lulu and Dante's marriage, but he denied it.
Dante caught up with Lulu at the pier, and she told him that things are over between the two of them. He told her that he was going to tell her tonight, but she wasn't having it.
Everyone started to arrive at the church for Jake and Liz's wedding, and on his way there, Jake found Carly on the side of the road. She told him that he is Jason. She showed him the program that Spinelli created, but he didn't seem to believe her so she told him about the DNA test. Carly told him to call off his wedding as he's still married to Sam.
At the church, everyone began to wonder where Carly and Jake were, and the two walked in just as Liz was telling everyone that there was going to be a slight delay.
This week, the truth about Jake's identity shocks everyone at Port Charles. Meanwhile, Liz and Jake deal with the fallout in their situation. Laura talks to Dante about Lulu, and Lulu makes an impulsive decision.
