"For Honor" players have been looking forward to new characters coming to the game via the second season content. Well, they do not necessarily have to wait to get their hands on them. That is because Ubisoft has released quick previews on how each hero works.

As featured in the trailer released by Ubisoft, the two new "For Honor" characters are the Shinobi and the Centurion. These heroes are expected to arrive along with the second season of the game called "Shadow and Might." They are readily available for season pass holders while non-holders will have to purchase them using the in-game currency, Steel.

The Shinobi is basically a ninja under the Samurai faction. He wields the infamous Kusarigama perfect for close-range combat. The studio describes him as the kind that offers the grace of a dancer and the precision of a killer. He is a notch higher compared to other characters when it comes to swiftness.

The Centurion, on the other hand, is more of a brutal warrior. In "For Honor," he will be wielding a weapon called Gladius. He is among the heavier characters in the game and solely relies on wit and intelligence. He is described as the kind that sees the battlefield as a chessboard. Simply put, he is a tactician at heart.

The second season of "For Honor" will arrive on May 16. For non-season pass holders, though, they will have to wait until May 23 to obtain the heroes. Apart from the aforementioned heroes, two new maps are also coming the game. These are the Forge and the Temple Garden.

The upcoming "For Honor" season will also be bringing tons of gameplay updates as well as additional customization options. Ubisoft has not unveiled exact details when it comes gameplay updates so these could be anything from balance changes to bug fixes.
