
The role-playing and fighting game "Dragonb Ball XenoVerse" was released barely two months ago but already, gamers are clamoring for more and more content. Accordingly, it seems that developer and publisher DIMPS and Bandai Namco also want to keep hardcore fans and casual gamers happy, as the companies are bringing in more content for players to enjoy. The gaming firms also give out details on upcoming releases.
The latest news about "Dragonb Ball XenoVerse" is that the third DLC will reportedly come out in Japan on June 9. Attack of the Fanboy reports that as per Bandai Namco Entertainment Japan, the next DLC will be a summer release in the country. However, global players from North America and Europe have yet to receive release dates.
As what have been reported before, the third expansion pack for the game will commemorate the newest "Dragon Ball" movie which has already been shown in Japan. Titled, "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'," the film has yet to get an English dubbed release, but a subbed version already premiered in North America and other theatres.
To link up with the film, the upcoming expansion pack will add four playable characters seen on the film. To be added to the roster are Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku (SSGSS), SSGSS Vegeta, and Golden Frieza. Also to be added is Jaco the Galactic Patroller.
In terms of gameplay and interface, there will also be added changes to be brought about by the expansion pack. For questers, there will be five new Parallel Quests and eight Masters Quests, in addition to two new masters – Jaco the Galactic Patroller and Elder Kai.
New items to be included are 14 new moves; two new Turtle Hermit and Gohan Tracksuit costumes; new accessories such as Tagoma's scouter and Turtle Hermit set; and seven additional Z Souls.
