Goku's journey to beat Lord Beerus's strength will be featured in the next episode of "Dragon Ball Super."

In the episode titled "Vegeta Becomes a Pupil?! Take Down Whis!" Goku will be offered to train with Krillin in secret. But since Krillin has stopped training for quite a while already, it would be hard to start training with Goku. That is why it is important for him to find someone who can train him to become a better warrior so he can match Beerus's strength.

Meanwhile, Vegeta is also determined to become more powerful after realizing that Goku is starting to be more skilled than him. Which is why he tries to challenge Whis into a duel to prove that he can still take down a highly skilled warrior.

But since Whis is way better than him, Vegeta decides that he needs to undergo training with the same person who trained the ruthless Beerus. But he will not be alone, since Goku will join him during the training at Bulma's home.

Could Whis shape both Goku and Vegeta to become as strong as Beerus, the God of Destruction?

According to a previous report from Attack of the Fanboy, this episode could explain how Goku and Vegeta became Super Saiyan God Super Saiyans, since this detail was not mentioned in "Dragon Ball Resurrection F" movie.

"Dragon Ball" series creator Akira Toriyama was involved in the story and character concept of the new "Dragon Ball Super" anime series. It centers on the fight of Son Goku to retain the peace that Earth experienced after he defeated Majin Boo six months prior to the start of the series. This was after Beerus, the God of Destruction, threatened to destroy the harmony that the Earth is currently enjoying. The new "Dragon Ball" anime is being directed by Kimitoshi Chioka.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 16 is slated to air on Sunday, Oct. 25.
